The Circuit Trouble Shooting Of Aluminum Foil Rewinder

First, the photoelectric protection function of an aluminum foil rewinder equipment fails. The machine can still work after emergency treatment. However, because there is no protection and detection, the operator is very worried about personal safety, which leads to low work efficiency. Second, remove the circuit board and conduct a visual inspection. It is found that the substrate around the power bridge stack is discolored. It is concluded that the bridge stack has been burned out. The bridge stack is replaced with an electric test run, but there is still no response. Using a multimeter to measure, the newly replaced bridge stack has also been burned out, so it is judged that there is a short circuit part. Checking the components one by one from the bridge stack, it was found that a three-terminal voltage regulator block (7805) was broken down. The purchased components were replaced. After power on, the power indicator on the circuit board was on.

(1) Minor repair content Carefully check and adjust the bearing, and carefully check the coaxiality of the coupling. Check and slowly adjust the looseness of the anchor bolts. Repair or appropriately replace the defects that have occurred in individual parts during operation.

(2) The toilet paper rewinder was overhauled, and the rotor and various parts were taken out and cleaned. Carefully check the condition of all internal parts, measure the degree of wear and erosion, and replace parts regularly if necessary.
