HS1600B hot foil slitter machine is a newly designed model, it slits foil rolls on 1 inch, 3 inch & 6 inch paper cores.
We use unwind & rewind closed loop tension control system with load cells, the whole machine tension is accurate and stable. With help of European style backward pressing rollers, the finished rolls are perfect in terms of shape and tension.
Cooperated with solid construction, bigger OD rollers and knife shafts, this machine works stably at consistent 500m/min, giving more advantages to the converters who produce long length rolls.
